Candidate Pool – Security Guard (Events and Occasional Assignments)
Charco Sécurité is currently building a candidate pool in preparation for the 2026 summer season.

Job Description:
Event security: ensuring the safety of participants and the site during festivals, shows, and public events.
Occasional guarding: monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and providing a visible security presence as required.
Special assignments: supporting specific situations or urgent client needs.
What we offer:
- Hours: variable depending on assignments (mainly during the summer season)
- Schedule: primarily evenings and nights, including weekends
- Status: on-call, based on operational needs
Requirements:
- Valid security guard license
- Valid first aid certification
- Driver’s license and car
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Clear criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods (4 to 12 hours)
- Ability to write detailed reports (hourly during the day, every 30 minutes at night)
- Strong customer service skills
