Security Guards in Rougemont
CHARCO Security is looking for a reliable, professional security guard who is comfortable interacting with the public for a surveillance assignment at a campground in Rougemont.
The assignment will take place every Friday and Saturday evening, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., from June 19 to August 15.
If you hold a valid security guard licence and live in Rougemont or the surrounding area, we would be pleased to receive your application.
Assignment description:
Campground surveillance: provide a preventive presence on site, patrol the area using a golf cart, enforce curfew and campground rules, monitor the premises, and respond calmly when needed to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for campers.
The security guard must demonstrate good judgment, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions. The role mainly involves preventing issues through a visible presence, reminding campers of campground rules, and reporting any problematic situations according to established procedures.

Requirements:
- Valid security guard licence (required)
- Valid first aid certification
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Clear criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check
- Ability to write detailed reports (hourly during the day, every 30 minutes at night)
- Strong customer service skills
