There are our agents, our supervisors, our dispatchers, our managers… and the shared pride of being a family-owned business that never gives up.
This year, we had the privilege of being finalists or winners in several categories, notably at the Chambre de Commerce du Grand Joliette and the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie Les Moulins. And behind each recognition lies a story.

Finalist – Service Company (Gala Excelsiors 2025)

This nomination highlighted an exceptional colleague: Maxime Robillard.
Speaking about Maxime means speaking about loyalty, dedication, and commitment. For five years, he has played a key role: security officer, supervisor, night dispatcher, trainer, recruiter, and a point of reference for many agents.
Maxime naturally embodies Charco Sécurité’s values. Calm, organized, available, and focused on the client experience, he ensures every agent is well prepared. He develops procedures to standardize interventions, welcomes new hires, reassures clients, and consistently keeps service quality in mind.
This nomination was more than an honor. It was a tribute to a colleague who exceeds expectations every single day.
Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie Les Moulins – 20 novembre 2025
Winner – Women’s Leadership (Gala Vision 2025)
The Women’s Leadership Award is given to a businesswoman who stands out for her vision, boldness, innovation, and community engagement. For us, this award carries deep meaning: it was presented to Lyne Chartrand.
Lyne works in a historically male-dominated sector, yet she never tried to imitate traditional models. Instead, she chose to embody a leadership style that is human, authentic, rigorous, and profoundly caring.
She oversees operations, scheduling, and the management of nearly 150 agents. She responds to emergencies. She looks after staff well-being. And she does it with impressive responsiveness and a long-term vision that truly transforms the company.
Lyne does not lead from afar. She is present, constantly in contact with agents, supervisors, and clients. She takes the time to understand everyone’s reality and adjusts decisions accordingly.
This award recognizes a leader who combines humanity, high standards, and courage, who isn’t afraid to ask the right questions and move things forward with respect and efficiency. Lyne inspires, brings people together, and builds a solid foundation for growth.
